By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We offer a range of media production services, including but not limited to:

Detailed scope of work will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before the commencement of each project.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
Bookings must be confirmed via written communication (email, message, or formal agreement).
We may require advance payment to confirm the booking. The advance amount and payment schedule will be shared during project discussion.
All payments must be made through approved payment methods.
Invoices will be provided upon request.
Refunds: Payments made are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients are allowed to reschedule shoots in case of unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability.
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to avoid rescheduling charges.
In case of cancellation, the advance payment will not be refunded unless explicitly agreed upon.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arranging and providing:
Actors, Models, or Talent
Costumes, Makeup Artists, Props (if not covered in the agreement)
Any special location permissions or third-party clearances
The Vintage Shutter Films will provide all technical setup including camera equipment, crew, and post-production work as per the agreed scope.
6. Deliverables & Revisions
The timeline for delivery varies based on project complexity and will be shared individually with each client.
Minor revisions (color grading, sequence rearrangements, or text changes) are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Final files will be delivered in agreed formats via downloadable link or physical drive (if requested).
7. Copyright and Usage
Clients retain full ownership and copyright of their project deliverables.
We will not use or publish your content for our portfolio, promotions, or social media without your explicit written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. We do not collect or store personal data (like phone numbers, emails, or photos) without your prior consent.
All client information, footage, and project files are treated with strict confidentiality.
We do not share your data with any third party unless legally required or approved by you.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection in every project, The Vintage Shutter Films shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by client-side issues, weather, or third-party failures
Content lost due to unforeseen technical malfunctions (although we follow standard backup protocols)
Any indirect or incidental damages arising out of use or misuse of our services
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services or website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
